I know you feel different from the rest of your family members, but it is okay to be different, there is nothing wrong with you being different. You are unique and special. Always remember, what makes you different makes you beautiful. 

I know you may be having a hard time in school right now; you feel like you are not smart, and you cannot learn, but all you need to do is believe in yourself and study more. A way you can get better at a subject is by practicing more often with that subject. You are a very smart soul. 

I know currently you do not like your hair, your skin, your nose, and your lips. The world will say that it is ugly, and you must change it. Do not listen to the world, do not put a perm in your hair to make it straight. The coils in your hair are beautiful, just be patient when doing your hair. Hair lotion and water will be helpful to soften your hair so you can easily comb out your hair. Your skin is lovely and magnificent, learn to love yourself and ignore the world. You may think your nose and lips are big and ugly, but it is not, it is exquisite. Please learn to love yourself.  

I am here from the future and the things you hate about your body, believe it or not, there are a lot of people who are jealous of your hair, skin, nose, and lips. They wished they had the same body features as us. Some people have surgery to have lips like us, big lips are a style. The world will try to make us hate our black features, please learn to ignore the world and just love yourself. I feel like the people who are trying to make us hate ourselves are the ones who hate themselves and misery loves company. Learn to ignore anyone who speaks of hate. 

God made us the way we are supposed to be, please learn to love yourself. God made a beautiful creation, there are no mistakes on how God made you. You are a black gorgeous, amazing, unique young lady. Love who you are. You are beautiful inside and out.
